Mind Body Empowerment is a one-on-one, personalized, coaching program for women that provides motivational techniques tailored to each individual client. MBE’s holistic approach incorporates the health and wellbeing of your mind, body, and soul. The process allows you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and power through the practice of presence, self-awareness, self-care, and self-love. All guidance is created around the personal needs of each individual client and incorporates creative techniques and tools that are proven to help you find balance, release blocks, release stress, and feel empowered in all areas of your life.

My passion for empowerment coaching is rooted in a deep belief that each of us holds the power within to love, heal, and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

Throughout different stages of my life, I have navigated and moved through challenges related to weight, confidence, and anxiety, as well as seasons of profound personal loss. These experiences became powerful invitations for growth and self-discovery, deepening my compassion and strengthening my ability to hold space for others, as well as myself, with presence, understanding, and grace.   As a Certified Women’s Empowerment Coach (2020), a Certified Reiki Master (2012) and the proud mother of two daughters, I have developed a collection of trusted tools and practices that support living with greater awareness, resilience, and acceptance — even in the face of some of life’s most difficult moments.

Through Mind Body Empowerment (MBE ), my intention is to support women of all ages as they move through life’s transitions, reconnect with their inner strength and create lives that feel expansive, fulfilling, and true to who they are. I believe transformation begins gently — with self-awareness, self-care, and self-love — and I am honored to walk alongside each woman on her unique journey.

There’s no doubt about it that the effects of the pandemic, current world events and simply navigating our own personal life experiences creates stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.

The intense effects of these can negatively impact all aspects of our lives including our mental health, physical health, relationships, energy, clarity and ability to create and live the life that we want.  Stress reduction is a strong component of MBE’s programming, and when incorporated into your life, it can bring balance to all aspects of your mind, body and spirit.

Relax with Reiki…

Reiki is described as hands-on or distance energy healing. It is a form of stress reduction and relaxation that assists in the body’s natural healing processes to develop physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Force energy. Rei” means "Universal" or “Including All” and “Ki” means "Vital Life Force Energy". (Pronounced Ray-Key.)

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT (often referred to as Tapping), bridges the gap between your mind and your body. It is a universal healing tool that can safely, easily, and effectively provide stress relief. Emotional Freedom Technique addresses a range of issues including stress reduction, anxiety, physical pain, emotional pain, addiction, weight control, and goal setting.
